Milestones your way
You describe a milestone: once, at six months or a year, or on every anniversary, every six months for example. You reserve it for whoever you want: all subscribers, recurring subscriptions, or gifted ones.
A gift, your choice
The reward is the one you describe: an item slipped into the next parcel, a free month, a discount, or a personal single-use promo code. Money rewards live on your own Stripe account, nothing goes through us.
Detected daily, only once
Every day we spot who just reached a milestone. The subscriber gets an email in the club's language, you get a summary, and the gift is noted on the next mailing. A milestone is never celebrated twice.
Frequently asked questions
- Is a migrated subscriber's tenure taken into account?
- Yes. On the subscriber file, you correct their 'member since' date: it then takes precedence over their sign-up date with us, and their milestones count from their real start.
- Does the gift go out on its own?
- The note and the promo code go out by email automatically. The item itself is flagged on the next parcel, for you to slip in at packing.
- How does a free month work?
- It is a one-off discount applied to the subscriber's Stripe subscription, on your connected account. You pay nothing extra: the subscriber pays less that time.
